Admission Procedure

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Student admission into the school occurs at the beginning of every session but special consideration is given to parent relocating from another state which may require changing their children school at any other time during the academic session. Admission is open to the preschool (Crèche, Playgroup, Reception 1 & 2 and KG 1 & 2) and the Grade Classes (Year 1 to 5).

Admission into these classes is preceded by entrance examination of the pupil before placement into the proposed classes. The performance of the pupil will determine his/her placement.

Admission form is available in the school for purchase and it is also available online for download. For downloaded form, registration fees will be paid at the admission office. Completed form should be submitted in the school for admission processing.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

STEP 1
Purchase the student admission form from the school or download form from the school website.
STEP 2
Complete all the relevant sessions of the admission form and submit to the school Admin Officer
STEP 3
Submit copy of the child’s immediate last report sheet from the previous school along with the completed admission form.
STEP 4
Assessment of the pupil on Numeracy and Literacy based on his/her proposed class before placement.
STEP 5
Discuss child’s performance with parent/guidance and placement of child in the appropriate class based on test result.
STEP 6
Advise parent on the school bill for the child’s class.
